So got home at half ten tonight, after meeting a lovely young man whose family I stayed with in Nepal and they had sent me lovely gifts which had me quite choked, but that's on another post.
Too late to have dinner so embarked on a mission to make lunch and was so disappointed with my avocado which I bought from Sainsbury's yesterday. That'll teach me for buying Basics,
so decided I'm going to invest in my avocado and buy it from Riverfords who provide most of my other veg.
Anyway managed to cobble together a nice avocado salsa stuffed in red pepper. Seriously yum.
