Just had an uber delish, super-filling salad and thought it's high time that I blogged my recipes which I've been collecting for the last couple weeks.
First up is today's dinner - really lovely, really simple, really quick.
Ingredients: Vine tomatoes, spring onions, mint, extra virgin olive oil and amino acids spray. Chopped everything and massage in olive oil. Delicimo. Unfortunately did not take a finished photo of my kohl rabi salad, but just used kohl rabi, red peppers and cucumber and made my signature dressing of raw honey, lime juice and olive oil. GORGEOUS!!
