My job includes lots of public speaking and I have spoken at some of the world's most respected academic institutions and I also regularly write for a magazine, however I have a strong desire for my work to be of sufficient academic merit to be published in a journal. Initial thoughts behind challenge was to have paper published and present it at a conference, but given that I present papers publicly all the time, not really a new challenge.
