04: Create outstanding department at work

I am sooooooo blessed. I have a fantastic job, work with amazinging intelligent and committed people and I do my job well ok. I always have been a deliverer so I will come through and get things done as I should however, there are days when I feel like I actually do NOTHING at all. I don’t fulfil my potential cos I have so many things cluttering my mind, so this year I want to be so dedicated (but with a good work life balance) and basically turn my one-woman work into an outstanding department.
